Resolution No. 91-14 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 91-1q-
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING PHILIP WESTOVER TO THE BUDGET COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, William Schei derich has resigned from the Budget Committee
effective April 1, 1991; and
WHEREAS, Oregon Law requires that the City of Tigard Budget Committee
consist of the governing body and an equal number of electors; and
WHEREAS, Philip Westover has expressed an interest in serving on the
Budget Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointments Advisory Committee recommends that
Philip Westover be appointed to the William Scheiderich's unexpired term
on the Budget Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Philip Westover be appointed to fill the unexpired term on
the Budget Committee that expires on June 30, 1992.
