ix IzESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE CONTINGENCY IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE
` PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has determined dtha certainbe r based property
adjacent to the Tigard City Hall property
shoulby the
City of Tigard, and
WHEREAS, an appropriation for the purchase of such property is not
included in the 1990/91 Adopted Budget, and
WHEREAS, ORS 294.450 provides that such appropriations can be made from
contingency in the General Fund by resolution of the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOr-11-77 -;y the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1. General Fu!-_, ingency is transferred as follows:
