RESOLUTION NO. 91- 21
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ADJUSTING FEES AND CHARGE TO REFLECT
CHANGES IN COSTS, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 87-159 AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has adopted planning ordinances pursuant to Chapters
227 and 92 of the Oregon Revised Statutes; and
F.*_-*ERM-1S adopted planning ordinances require that for the purpose of
defraying the expenses arising from or incident to investigation, evaluation and
processing applications, fees and charge be prescribed; and
WHEREAS, Section 3.32 of the Tigard Municipal Code grants the City Council the
authority to set rates for fees and chargee, by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council on September 24, 1984 moved to oet rates for
fees at 808 of average cost; and
WHEREAS, the costs of providing such services have changed since these, fees and
charges were last updated; and
WHEREAS, the effective date for revised fees and charges is to be February 1,
1991.
NOW, THEREFOR:;, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard CityCouncilthat:
Section 1: Reaolution No. 87-159 is to be repealed in its entirety and Fees and
Charges shall be levied according to the attached new schedule,
'Exhibit A.
Section 2: This resolution shall be effective on and after the first day of
February, 1991.
