RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING. FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE COUNTVKIDE TRAFFIC IMPACT PER
ORDINANCE WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIGARD.
WHEREAS, an September 16, 1990, the electors of Washington County approved
Washington County Ordinance No. 379, establishing a County-wide tax on new
development; and,
WHEREAS, Section 3.17.110 of Ordinance No. 379 entitles each City to collect
the tax, administer its provisions and retain 1008 of the proceeds upon
adop!ion of a resolution or ordinance in accordance with Section 3.17.110: and,
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard desires to collect and administer the tax in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 379.
Nolo, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED by the Tig4rd City Council that:
Section 1. The City of Tigard shall administer the tax of the Traffic Impact
Fee ordinance within its City limits in full compliance with all of
the terms of Washington County Ordinance No. 379.
Section 2. The City of Tigard accepts complete and sole responsibility for
proper administration, including financial responsibility for any
fund deficiencies arising at any time including upon termination.
Section 3. The City of Tigard shall provide WAnh£ngton County no less than 90
days written notice of termination of this Resolution and shall
work with Washington County in a good faith and reasonable manner
to provide a smooth transition to Wazhington County administration
of the tax.
Section 4. The City shall cooperates with Washington County and other cities
within the County to adopt intergovernmental agreements wetting
forth more complete administrative and project funding procedures
to ensure uniforae and fair application of this tax.

commence on Ckctober 22, 1990, of the data: this Resolution is filed
with that clerk of the Washington County Board, whichever occurs
