A RESOLUTION TO INITIATE AN ANBNTJHE?:P TO TAE TIG.ARD COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
TRANSPORTATION NAP TO DELETE wk&M EXTENSION CF ASH AVENUE FRO14 BUTMHAH TO WALNUT
AND HIGHWAY 999 ARID FROM WJNZIKZR AND HALL STREETS AND EXTEND ASH AVBNDS FROM
BURN€iAM TO HILA, STREET.
WHEREAS, conditions have. arose since voter disapproval of the tax increment
financing method for the downtcx,Y r0new4l district which have made It necessary
to reconsider alignment plans for Ash Avenue,
NOW THEREFORE IIS IT RESOLVED by the T.Lgard City Council to:
Initiatn an amendment to the Transportation Plan Hap to delete the extension of
Ash Avenue from Burnham to Wainut and Highway 99W and from Hunzi.ker and Hall
Streets and extend Ash Avenues from Burnham to Hill Street.
