insaraar-.e offering cost stability and the potential for long-term savings; and
MUREAS, CIS is sponsored by the League of Creg---n Cities and the Association of
Oregon Oumities as a service to Oregon cities and counties; and
MEREAS, the City of Tigard finds that membership in CIS is of benefit in
managing the risks involved in providing services to its citizens; am
WfMREAS, txe City of Tigard has reviewed the Trust Agreurvr_t, Bylaws and Rules
Of CIS.

its City of Ti surd does hereby enter into a contract. with CSS and a
ren+ber of the CIS Trust for Property for a thre—year period exrd:e--roing 7ix=y 1,
1990 and agrees to abide by the t--rTrs of the Trust Adgreem rt, Bylaws and .Rules
of CIS which, along with this Resolution, constitutes the contraicst between the
City of Tigard and CIS. The City Adnini.st;:ator is hereby authorized to execute
such e-ocum nts as are ^�sasrry pursuant to this lierolution.
