A RFSOU]TION APPROVING THE BUDGE:r, MMM APPROPRIATIONS AND DOCLARING THE AD
VALOREK TAX LEVY FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91.
UIEMEAS, the Budget for the City of Tigard for the year beginaning July 1,
1990, was duly approved and rimed to the City Council by the regularly
constituted Budget Coamaittee at its meeting on the 22nd day of May, 1990, after
proceedings in acoordance with Chapter 294, Oregon Revised statutes: and
WHEREAS a suamrary of the Budget docuttent as required by Chapter 294.416,
Oregon Revised Statutes, was duly published in the Ti arcl Times, a newspaper of
general circulation in the city in accordance with Chapter 294.421, 0�egon

WpDM2FA.S, a hearing by the City Council on the Budget docwnent, as approved and
recommended by the Budget Cofmnittee, was duly called and held on June 18, 1990,
whereat all interested personas were afforded an opoortunity to appear and be
heard with respect to the Budget.
NOW, TMRM--'DRE, BE IT RFSOLVID by the Tigard City Courxril that:
Section 1: The Council adopts the budget for 1990-91 in the total summa of
$26,018,826 and now on file at City Hall.
Section 2: The Council adopts and hereby incorporates by reference in this,
resolution the following:
0 1988-91 Agreement between the City of Ticord and Tigard Police
Officer's Association dated August 1, 1989.
0 1989-92 Agreex+aent betc.een the City of Tigard and Tigard Municipal
Employee-s Association (OPEU) dated August 1, 1989.
0 1989-90 Salary/job classification pay plan for nor.-union exriprloyees

percent cost of living adjustrrent effective July 1, 1990
