W MZEAS, the fee for liquor lig applications is set by resolution; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that an adjustment in the fee schedule is
desirable to more accurately reflect processing effort, and to differentiate
between the types of applications received.
NOW, TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The fee schedule for liquor license applications shall be:
New Liquor License Applications: $ 100.00
Penewal of License and All Other Requests: 35.00
