A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE
SW 68TH PARKWAY SANITARY SEWER LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 42, ACCEPTING THE

HEARING TO BE HELD.
WHEREAS, the Council created the SW 68th Parkway Sanitary Sewer Local
Improvement District No. 42 and directed the improvements to be made by
Ordinance No. 83-42; and
WHEREAS, the improvements have been completed, a final accounting has been
completed, and a final engineering report has been submitted; and
WHEREAS, the final engineering report contains the final cost of $170,960 and
an assessment roll showing the name of each property owner, the description of
the property assessed and the amount of the assessment against the described
property; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 85-40 provides that property owners may object in
writing and that each euch objection whall state specifically the grounds for
the objection; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 85-40 provides that the Council shall review the written
objections at a nublic , eting_
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
1. The Council reviewed the final engineering report and the Council accepts
the final engineering report as submitted.
2. That having reviewed the proposed assessments, the Council hereby directs
that notice be given of a public hearing to be held on Monday, January 22,
1990, at 7:30 PM at Tigard City Hall, 13125 SW Hall Boulevard, Tigard,
Oregon 97223, to review any written objections filed with the City Recorder
by 5:00 PM, January 22, 1990, at Tigard City Hall, 13125 SW Hall Boulevard,
PO Box 23397, Tigard, Oregon 97223.
