A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AMENDING EXHIBIT "A" OF RESOLUTION NO.
88-96 TO SET A GARBAGE RATE FOR ROLL CUT CAOTMM4ERS.
4%UMEAS, Resolution 88-96 dated September 26, 1988, contains the current
garbage rates charged ry tie tranct ise waste haulers in the City of Tigard,
and,
WHL7ZEAS, the Utility and Franchise Conor .ttee approved a request for a rate of
$20.30 per month for a sixty gallon roll out container at their Aixgust 8, 1989
meeting: and,
YIIZRF-AS, because a rate for such new service is not included in the latest
garbage rate schedule, it is advantageous to amend the schedule to include such
a rate.
NOW, T,MZETORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Exhibit "A" of Resolution 88-96 dated September 26, 1988, be
amended by the following addition:
