be prepared by such Director for voting within the city of Tigard, at the
Special Election of Septex& r 19, 1989.
Section 4. The Tigard City Re=rder shall be, and is hereby authorized and
directed to undertake all naoessary and convenient acts to facilitate the
inclusion of this measure on the Septeadoes 19, 1989 Special Election ballot for
the appra.ral or rejection of the qualified voters of the City of Tigard and is
further authorized and directed to give notice of the above describer) election
and proposal by publishing once in the Tigard Times on July 27, 1989 as
required by CPS 250.275.
