PROCEEDS TO REPLACE A DAMAGED VEHICIL

WIMREAS, the City carries sufficient ins"cance coverage on all City vehicles;
and,
WHEREAS. a certain City vehicle was damaged beyond repair in an accident
covered by such insurance; and,
WHEREAS. the City's insurance carrier has settled the claim involving the
above--mentioned vehicle by rojinbursing the City in the wuomt of SI0N00; MM,
WHEREAS, ORS 294.455 allows for the appropriation of funds by rosolutiOP M
replace damaged property.
NOW, T"EpEF,)RE, BE IT RESWVEU by the ligand City Ctluflci-f that:
Section 1: Insurance proceeds in the amount of $10,000 are recognized as
recovered expenditure revenue in the State Gas Tax Fund.
Section 2: Appropriations are as follows:
