A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE CITY CENTER DEVELOPMENT
PLAN AND REPORT DRAFTS AND RELE.�kSING THE DOCUMENTS FOR PUBLIC DISCOURSE.
WHEREAS, one, of the goals of the Tigard City Council for fiscal year 1988--1989
w.-a to implement a City Center./Downtown Plan; and
WHEREAS, on March b, 1989, the City Center Plan Task Force presented the City
Center Develo_Wient Placa and Report to the City Counnil; and
WHEREAS, public hearings were held on the Plan and Report on March ib, March
7.7, and April 10, 1989 for the purpose of receiving public testimony; and
WHEREAS, based c:n public testimony and Council direction the City Center
Development Plan and Report have been modified and reprinted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
