A RESOLUTION OF THE T-IGARL) CI1Y COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE APPRIC)PRIAfION- OF ME
DONATION FOR THE X--9 UNIT.
WHEREAS, $500 was donated to be used for the K--9 unit; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to pass a resolution authorising the $500 expenditure
of a donation for a specific purpose, ORS 294-326, Subsection 2;

Section 1. Revenue in the amount of $500 is recognized in the General
Fund.
Section 2: Funds are appropriated as follows:
