A RESOLUTION DELEGATING AUTHORITY W--PH I--,SPECT TO FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF (PRIVATE
DEVELOPMFNT) PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
WHrREAS, the Tigard City Counc:11 streamlined certain aspects of the public
improvement permit process 'by enacting Resolution No. 86-120; and
WHEREAS, therein said Resolution, the Tigard City Council. reserved unto itself
authority to make final determination of the acceptability Of (private)
developer constructed public improvements for City operation and maintenance;
and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has determined that further streamlining of
the said permit process is

responsibility with respect to final determination of
acceptability of (private) developer constructed public
improvements for City assumption of responsibility for operation
and maintenance.
SECTION 2: The Tigard City Council. reserves unto itself authority to
intervene in, modify, or dissolve such authorization and direction
at any time it so deems it to be necessary.
