SUBDIVISION PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City executed a Subdivision Compliance Agr'cement dated April 14,
1986 with L..A. Development Company to facilitate installation of public
street, storm and sanitary sewer and stroot.1ight1rig facilities to City
standards anal specification,; and
WHEREAS, said Compliance Agreement stipulated that:
"At such tirzie as all public improvements have been completed in
accordance with the City's requir`ement.s, Petitioner' shall notify the City
of readiness for final inspection and upon certification by thu
Department of Community` Development that all requirements of the City
have been met, the Council agrees to accept said impr�,venientf:, IFor
operation and maintenance responsibility, and release the Potitionor-'s
y uar'ant:e� ti,Jn.i and
WHEREAu, Department of Community Development staff verifies that all
requirements of the City have been met; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE: IT RESOLVED by the -figard City Council that :
