WHEREAS, the City QX0CUtQd a Subdivision Compliance ()Ljr-oument dated June
1986, with Getty Construction Company, 1 ric. to facilitate installation of
public street, storm a,-;d sanitary sewer and str'oetlighting facilities to City
standards and specifications; and
WHEREAS, :;aid Compliance Agreement stipulated that:
"At such gime as all public. improvcment-, have been completed i n
accordance with the City's r-equir-einunts, Petitioner- shall notify the City
of readiness for final inspection a nd upon certification by the
Department epar,ttfwmt of Community Develup.f-fit that all r-oquie-einont, of the City
have been met, the, Council zigr,c,,.,s to accept said impr-ovemevtt,, for
operation and maintenance responsibi)ity, and release tho Petitioner's
guarantee bond"; and
WHEREAS, Department of Community DevelopivwnL staff verifies that all
requirements of the City have been met; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section-1;- The Tigard City Council hereby accepts the public strtaet, btutin
