WHEREAS; The Council created the tiW 79th Avenue 'Struotlightin'.3 Local
Improvement District "rid directed the improvements to be made by Ordinance No.
88--29; and
WHEREAS; the improvementshave been completed, a final accounting has been
completed, and a final eny1neering report fins been submitted; and
WHE'REAE:; The final engineering report contains the final cost of $2,b13.28 and
an asse�;sitterit roll showing the name of aach property owner, the descricttiort of
the property asses,e.d and 1:he amount: of the assessment aq._Ainst the: described
pruperiy; and
WHEREAS; Ordinance No. 85--40 provides that property owners may object in
writing and that each such objection shall state specifically the grounds for
the objection; and

NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
1. The Council reviewed the final engineering report and the Ccsincil accepts
the final engioeering report ata submit:fed.
2. That having reviewed the proposed assessments, the Council hereby directs
that notice be given of a public hearing to be held on Monday, February
I3, 1989, at 7:30 PM at Tigard City Hall, 13125 SW Hall Blvd., Tigard
Oregon 91223, to review any written objections filed with the City
Recorder by 5:00 PM, February 13, 1989, at Tigard Gi.ty hall, 13125 Sid
Hall Boulevard, PO Box 23397, Tigard, Oregon 97223.
