WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appoini::nents Advisory ('ommittee loot November 30, and

committees; and
WHEREAS, several people indicated they would be interesCxd in serving on the
N.P.O. in their area; and
WHEREAS, the Planking Commission reviewed the>c= applicants at their
