RESOLUTION NO. 89- 0'4
A FINAL ORDER IN THE MATTER FOR TEMPORARY USE APPROVAL RENEWAL REQUESTED BY
THE CITY OF TIGARD FILE NO. TO 87-12R, APPROVING THE APPLICATION SUBJECT TO
CERTAIN CONDITIONS, ENTERING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS.
WHEREAS, the applicant requested a Temporary Use Permit approval to place a
mobile Office trailer on commercially zoned property temporarily up to -,no
year; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council heard the above application at its regular
meeti,ig of January 11, 198^-, and voted to approve the applicant's request
subject to certain conditions.
WHEREAS, the applicant requested a ot-,e year re.e"I of bile pee::iously granted
temporary use permit; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council heard the above application at its regular
meeting of January 9, 1989, and voted to approve the applica.ii's request
subject to certain conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The proposal satisfies the criteria necessary to .approve a
temporary use.
Section 2: The applicant has shown that due to unpredictable circumstances
beyond the foresight and control of the applicant, there will
bre a need for emergency office space for one additional year;
and
Section 3: The Council, therefore, ORDERS that the above reference request
be APPROVED subject to the following condition: This approval
is valid for one year from the date of the final decision noted
below and the buildingshall be removed by January 9, 1990.
