WHERE-AS, Joene Brian has servod the City of Tigard in a voluntary support role:
as the wife of an elected Official; and
WHEREAS, while -arving in that role ,,gene Brian has unselfishly give=i Of
herself and 'ler' family countless hours which have been spent for tha
betterment of the Tigard community; and
NOW, "THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
