HONORING AND COMMENDING TOM BRIAN FOR HIS YEARS OF VOLUNTEER SERVICE TO THE
CITIZENS OF TIGARD
WIWREAS, Tam Brian has voluntarily served the City of Tigard for 10 years as
Councilor area „- and

WHEREAS, while serving in that capacity Tom Brian has provided to the City of
Tigard the leadership necessary to direct and guide the City during years of
financial distress as well as years of tremendous growth; and
WHEREAS, Tom Brian's professionalism, sense of fairness, and integrity have
carred for him the respect of his peers and that of the Tigard cornmunity as a
whole; and
WHEREAS, Tom Brian has played an essential role in assuring Tigard's stability
for row and for the future.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE Il" RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
The Council recognizes Tom Brian's devotion to duty to the Tigard community
and wishes to publicly profess their profound appreciation and respect for him.
