Boundary Commission Law 199.410 to 199.510.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section l: The City Council, pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(a) hereby
initiates proceedings for annexation of the territory outlined
in exhibit 'A" and described in exhibit "B" to the City.
