Section 1: The Council, pur,uani- to ORS 199.490(1)(x) hereby initiates
proceedings for, annexation Of the to�,ritory to the City.
Se,tion 2: The Council horur.)y approves the proposed annexation and
requests the Boundary Commission to approve it and effect it at,
soon as possible.

That. portion of land located in tho northeastquarter of Section 4, township
2 South, Range 1 W.,st, Willamette Meridian, Washing Lon County, Oregon, being
described as follows:
13eginrling at a point which bears Souter, 89° 18' West, 680.5 feet from tho east
quarter corner of said Section 4 (said point of beginning also being the
southwestcorner of that parcel conveyed to Kenneth Olson et ux by deed
recorded in Book 411, Page 506, said county's deed records); thence North 01°
16' West, on the west line of said Olson tract, approximately 334.3 feet to
the existing city limit Of the City of Tigard; thence continuing on said
existing city limit, South 890 22' West, 134 feet; thence North 010 16' West,
parallel with the east line of said Olson tract, 321 feet to the centerline of
SW Walnut Street (County Road 934); thence, on said centerline, South 890 22'
