County Plat Records, located in the northeast quarter of Section 15, lownship 2
South, Range I West, WillameLte Mo vidian, Washington County, Oregon, being
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 26; thence south, 20.0 feet to
the south right-of-way line of S.W. Durham Road (County Road 429), being the
existing city limit of the City of Tigard and the True Puint.__gf_B2CInnir ;
thence following said existing city limit the following courses; East, on said
south right--of--way line, 227.75 feat; thence South, 379.50 feet; thence East,
