WHEREAS, the 1987-80 Adopted Budget includes Gurwr-al Fund appropriations in
the amount of $32,500 for, 911 emor-qc.ncy -,,'—�phoc-,rvicims from Rur'al
Fire District, and
WHEREAS, the City has received iA total of $59,896.81 in 1987--88 in F111orgency
Telephone Revenue, and
WHEREAS, if all "911" revenue received in 1987-88 is to be. t-Amitteci to the
Fire District, additional appropriations of $27,396.81 must be approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 3:1 RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that.
Section 1: Contingency is to be appropriated as follows:
General Fund
City-wide Support $ 27,396.81
