RESOLUTION NO. 88- ,_
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT
WITH UNIFIED SEWERAGE AGENCY FOR GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AT THE DURHAM FACILITY.
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared providing for maintenance by the City
of certain grounds areas at. the Durham Facility of the Unified Sewerage
Agency; and,
WHEREAS, it appears to the Council that the proposed agreement would be
beneficial to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The C3uncil hereby authorizes the Mavor to sign, on behalf of
the City, an agreement with Unified Sewerage Agency for grounds
maintenance at the Durham Facility.
