ACQUIRE FEDERAL AND STATE-_ SURPLUS PROPERTY FROM THE OREGON ST-ATE AGENCY FOR
SURPLUS.
WHEREAS, the State Department of General Services is author•i.zod to acyuir-e,
warehouse and distribute sur-plus property to .,,11 eligible donees in the state;
and
WHEREAS, ii - ^•a thL i- t.l-he City file an application with the State and a
resolution designating the City's authorized representatives; and
WHEREAS, significant savings may be realized in the purchase of surplus
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL,;Lid by the. Tigard City Council that:
