A RESOLUTION ACCEP"[TNG PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS KNOWN AS BOND PARK NO. 3
SUBDIVISION PUBLIC IMPROVIiMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City executed a Subdivision Compliance Agreement dated
February 25th, 19985, with Waverly Construction Company, Inc. to facilitate
installation of public improvements (street, storm and sanitary sewer
facilities) to specified standards arid spLcifications; and
WHEREAS, said Compliance Agreement stipulated that:
"At such time as all public improvements have been completed in accordance
with the City's requirement's-, Petitioner shall notify the City of
readiness for final inspection and upon certification by the Department of
Community Development that all requirements of the City have been met, the
Council agree" to accept: said improvements, for operation and maintenance
responsibility, and release the Petitioner'., guarantees and

NOW, -i`HEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The i"igard City Council hereby accepts the pudiu improvements
known as Bond Park No. 3 Subdivision public .improvements. The City Council
further authorizes release of the Petitioners guarantee bond.
