A RESOLUITON ACCE P TING PUBL.IC IMPROVEMENTS KNOWN AS BOND PORK NO. 2
SUBDIVISION PUBLIC IMPROVEMENI"S.
WHEREAS, the City executed a Subdivision Compliiance ,fated April 9th,
1984, with Waverly Construction Company, Inc. to facilitate installation of
public improvements (street, storm and -sanitary sower facilities; to specified
standards and specifications; And
WHEREAS, said Compliance Agreement stipulated that:
"At such time as all public improvements have been compl,ted in accordance
with the City's requiremon'-.s, Petitioner sha 11 notify the City of
readiness for final inspection and upon certification by the Department of
Community Development that all requirements of the City have been met, the
Council agrees to accept said improvem,-mts, for operation and maintenance
responsibility,ility, and release the Petitioner's guarantee bond"; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
-o-tion 1: The Tigard City Council hereby accepts the public improvements
knownas Bond Park No. 2 Subdivision public improvements. The City Council
further authorizes release of the Petitioners guarantee bund.
