RESOLUTION NO. 88-�
A RESOLUTION HONORING AND COMMENDING WILLIAM A. MONAHAN FOR HIS 5-1/2 YEARS OF
SERVICE TO THE TIGARD COMMUNITY
WHEREAS, Will _m A. Monahan has served the Tigard community as
Planning and Development Direct-or and as Director of Community Development
since August 2, 1982; and,
WHEREAS, William A. Monahan's professionalism, sense of
fairness, good humor and integrity have earned him the respect of his staff,
peers and the community; and,
WHEREAS, William A. Monahan has played a vital role in planning
for Tigard's future and guiding the City's development during the fastest
growing period in the City's history; and,
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council wishes to record the
community's public appreciation to William A. Monahan for his dedicated
service.

NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL that they wish to express, in behalf
of the entire Tigard community, appreciation and respect to William A. Monahan
for his 5-1/2 years of service to the citizens of the Tigard community.
