A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CT-1 Y COUNCIL. APPROPRIATING CONTINGENCY FOR
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES INTERIM SPACE NEEDS.
WHEREAS, the Community Development, Development Services Division, has run out
of office space in the City Hall Building due to a dramatic increase in
development activity within the City, arid,
WHEREAS, a number, of alternative interim solutions to this space problem have
been explored, weighing both cost and practicality, and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the lease of modular office space to be
located behind City Hall on the Civic Center site provides the most practical
and coat effective solution, and
WHEREAS, the lease of such space is estimated to cost $13,600 for a 12—month
period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
