FUNDS RECEIVED FROM 'THE .,rArE DE PARTMEN7 OF LAND CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City or T.iaard Community Development Department Planning Section
applied to the State Department of Land Conservation a:td Development for a
grant to fund certain Comprehensive plan maintenance activities; and
WHEREAS, On November 12, 1987, the City received such grant: funds from the
State Department of Land Conservation and Development in the amount: of $8,272
for special purposes; and
WHEREAS, Oregon Budget law, under, ORS 294.326(2) provides that money from an
unanticipated grant which has been transferred to a municipal corporation in
trust for a specific purpose may be lawfuJ.ly expended after enactment of an
appropriation resolution:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the -Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Grant: funds in the general fund are recognized in the amount of
$8,272.
Section 2: Funds are appropriated as follows:
