A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL -jrst-E196 FOR
THE 9-1-1 FUND DISTRIBUTION STUDY FROM GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the City Administrator to enter into an
agreement with the Tualatin Fire District and surrounding jurisdictions to
determine an appropriate distribution formula for 9-1-1 funds; arid,
WHEREAS, the study was estimated to cost $6,000, however, the lowest quo'.e was
in the amount of $10,000.
WHEREAS, in �rger �..o�atisfy the Council's desire to commission the study, an
additional -4 nmust be appropriated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Contingency is to be appropriated as follows:
