A RESOLUTION OF THE. TIGARD CITY COUNCIL. APPROVING POLICE PAIROL. POSITIONS AND
APPROPRIATING CONTINGENCY.
WHEREAS, the area known as Northeast Metzger has, by a vote taken November 3,
1987, been annexed to the City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to provide police protection to the annexed
area; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that two police officers should be hired by
December 1, 1987 to provide the desired service.
NOW, -THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Two police officer positions are authorised.
Section 2: Contingency is to be appropriated as follows:
