A FINAL ORDER IN THE, MATTER FOR TEMPORARY USE APPROVAL RENT"WM. REQUESTED BY
PACIFIC WESTERN BANK, FILE NO. TO 1046, APPROVING THE APPLICATION tUB;ECT TO
CERTAIN C:ONDI:TIMS, ENTERING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSION;
WHEREAS, the applicant requested a Temporary Use Permit approval to place a
mobile office trailer on commercially zoned property temporarily up to one
year; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council heard the above application at its regular
meeting of November 3, 1986 and voted to approve the applicant's request
subject to certain conditions.
WHEREAS, Resolution 86-123A was adopted and became effective on November 17,
1986; and
WHEREAS, the applicant is requesting a one year extension of the temporary use
permit granted via Resolution 86-123A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council heard the above request: at its regular meeting held
on November 2, 1987 and voted to approve the applicant's request- subject to
conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
r` Section 1: The proposal satisfies the criteria necessary to approve a
temporary use.
Section 2: The applicant has shown that due to an unpredictable business
climate beyond the foresight and control of the applicant, there
will be a need for, emergency office space for an additional one
year period; and
Section 3: The Council, therefore, ORDERS that the! above referenced request
be, and the same hereby is, APPROVED subject to the following
conditions:
1. The trailer shall be located to meet all setback requirements of the
Building Division.
2. This approval is valid for one year from the date of the final decision
noted below.
