A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REAFFIRMING RESOLUTION NO. 86-74 AND
FURTHER APPOINTING NADINE ROBINSON-WESSTER AS A DEPUTY CITY RECORDER FOR
MUNICIPAL, COURT RELATED PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Marge Forza is currently serving as a Municipal Court Clerk and has
been performing Deputy City Recorder duties as those relate to Municipal Court
since July 14, 1986; and
WHEREAS, Nadine Robinson-Webster is currently serving as the Records-Court
Manager and should also be appoin ted to perform Deputy City Recorder duties
relating to Municipal Court.
NOW, T1iEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the 'Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Resolution No. 86-74 is hereby reaffirmed.
Section 2: Nadine Rubinson-Wobste r, the Records-Court Manager for the City of-
Tigard, is hereby appointed as Deputy City Recorder for Municipal Court
related purposes only and is authorized to witness signatures on complaints on
behalf of the City Recorder in the event of absence or unavailability of the
City Recorder'.
