A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENT TO THE UTILITY &
FRANCHISE COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Resolution 85-104 established a Utilities & Franchises Committee, and
WHEREAS, the committee is comprised of seven members, one of whom has recently
resigned to move out of the city leaving a vacant position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The following person be appointed to an unexpired term of
office as indicated:
Mark A. Irwin Term expires 12/31/88
