A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL DECLARING SURPLUS MATERIALS TO BE SOLD
AT PUBLIC AUCTION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has surplus materials and supplies which are no
longer needed for operation; and
WHEREAS, there was an auction at the Cruisin' Tigard '87 celebration on July
25, t987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT- RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The attached Exhibit "A" sets forth art itemized listing of all
materials and supplies which were hereby declared surplus and
scheduled for sale at the Cruisin' Tigard '87 celebration
auction on July 25, 1987. Said authorization was given by a
poll of the Tigard City Council the week of July 13, 1987.
