A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL DECLARING SURPLUS MATERIALS 1-0 SE SOLD
AT PUBLIC AUCTION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has surplus materials and supplies which are no

longer needed for operation; and
WHEREAS, there will be an auction at this Cruisin' Tigard celebration on July
25, 1987 at 1:00 p.m. on Main Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The attached Exhibit "A" sets forth an itemized listing of all
surplus materials and supplies which are to be sold at the
Cruisin' Tigard celebration auction on July 2.5, 1987 at 1:00
p.m. on Main Street.
