Resolution No. 87-90 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 87—.-70
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS KNOWN AS SW NORTH DAKOTA STREET
EXTENSION.
WHEREAS, the City executed a Street Dedication Compliance Agreement dated
January 10, 1985 with S&J, Builders, Ltd. to facilitate installation of a
street improvement to specified standards and specifications; and
WHEREAS, said Compliance Agreement stipulated that:
"At such time as all public improvements have been completed in accordance
with the City's requirements, Petitioner shall notify the City of
readiness for final inspection and upon certification by the Department of
Community Development that all requirements of the City have been met, the
Council agrees to accept said improvements, for operation and maintenance
responsibility, and release the Petitioner's guarartLe bond"; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
The Tigard City Council hereby accepts the public improvements known as
SW North Dakota Street Extension;
AND, FURTHER, the City Council 'hereby authorizes release of the Petitioners
guarantee bond.
