RESOLUTION NO. 87—_Lj(r
A resolution appropriating contingency for the completion of Genesis III
Subdivision public street improvements.
WHEREAS, The developer of Genesis :CII Subdivision failed to complete certain
street public 'improvements, and;
WHEREAS, the City was successful against the bonding company and received a
settlement of $40,000 on November 21, 1986, and;
WHEREAS, the City desires to complete the street improvements which have been
estimated at $45,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that::
