RESOLUTION NO. 87--,5T
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS KNOWN S.W. 114TH COURT IMPROVEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City executed a Street Dedication Compliance Agreement dated
December 31, 1984, with Tualatin Development Co., Inc., to facilitate
installation of a cul--de—sac known as S.W. 114th Court to specified standards
and specifications; arid
WHEREAS, said Compliance Agreement stipulated that:
"At such time as all public improvements have been completed in accordance
with the City's requirements, Petitioner shall notify the City of
readiness for final inspection and upon certification by the Department of
Community Development that all requirements of the City have been met, the
Council agrees to accept said improvements, for operation and maintenance
responsibility, and release the Petitioner's guarantee bond"; and
WHEREAS, Department of Community Development staff verifies that all
requirements of the City have been met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
The Tigard City Council hereby accepts the public improvements known as
S.W. 114th Court;
AND, FURTHER, the City Council hereby authorizes release of the Petitioners
guarantee bond.
