A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS KNOWN AS SCOTT COURT SANITARY SEWER
EXTENSION.

WHEREAS, the City executed a Sanitary Sewer Compliance Agreement dated
August 13, 1984, with George E. Scott to facilitate installation of a public
sanitary sewer line to specified standards and specifications; and
WHEREAS, said Compliance Agreement stipulated that:
"At such time as all public improvements have bec-n completed in accordance
with the City's requirements, Petitioner- shall notify the City of
readiness for final inspection and upon certification by the Department of
Community Developc)ent that all requirements of the City have been met, the
Council agrees to accept said improvements, for operation and maintenance
responsibility, and release the Petitioner's guarantee bond"; and
WHEREAS, Department of Community Development staff verifies that all
requirements of the City have been met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
The Tigard City Council hereby accepts the public improvements known as Scott
Court Sanitary Sewer Extension;
AND, FURTHER, the City Council hereby authorizes release of the Petitioners
guarantee bond. // ��//
