CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 87-e-
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING CONTINGENCY FOR STREET MATN'TENANCE IN SOUTH METZGER.
WHEREAS, the City Council has supported the annexation of the "South Metzger"
area; and
' WHEREAS, the area has been officially incorporated into the City of Tigard by
Annexation; and
WHEREAS, tho City desires to provide certain street services immediately.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I7 RESOLVED by Y-he Tigard City Council that Contingency be
appropriated as follows:
