A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING CONTINGENCY FOR THE ADDITION OF POLICE STAFF AND
RELATED COSTS.
WHEREAS, the South Metzger Annexation will be effective April 30, 1987; and
WHEREAS, state-shared revenues are available to fund staffing of the Police
Department for patrol and enforcement to begin in the South Metzger Annexation
area effective May 1, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Gouncil that:
SECTION 1: The following personnel positions arE authorized effective
5/1/87:
Police Officers - 2
police Dispatch - 1
SECTION 2: Contingency to be appropriated as follows:
