Resolution No. 87-45 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO.
A FINAL ORDER TO MODIFY AND AMEND THE FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR CHELSEA HILL
(S 7-84) TO PROVIDE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS TO FANNO CREEK PARK BETWEEN LOTS 53 & 54.
WHEREAS, a 15 foot public storm sewer easement now exists between lots 53 and
54; and
WHEREAS, the use of said easement is proposed to include pedestrian/bicycle
access to �anno Creek Park; and
WHEREAS, the developer has said he would grant a park trail access over the
existing storm drainage easement between lots 53 and 54; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council considered the matter at its regular meeting
on April 13, 1987 end voted to modify the above subdivision plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Modification is hereby made for, a 15 foot public access
easement to occur on .AF -oximately 7 1/2 feet of property on
lots 53 and 54 which will provide public access from SW Hill
Street to Fanno Creek park (Exhibit "A").
