A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE TIGARD
UTILITIES AND FRANC14ISES ADVISORY COMM11TEE
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 85--99 combined the Wastewater Utility Advisory Task
Force and Recycling and Solid Waste Franchise Advisory Task Force into one
standing advisory committee on Utilities and Franchises, and
WHEREAS, there are two expired terms of office and one vacant term of office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The following persons are appointed to the Tigard Utilities and
Franchises Advisory Committee for the terms of office as
indicated:
Richard Clark Term expires 12/31/87
Rebeckah Barrett Tenn expires 12/31/89
Donald Jacobs Term expires 12/31/89 (re-appointment)
