CITY OF TI:GARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 87-d-2-_
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL APPOINTING PRO-TEM JUDGES FOR
MUNICIPAL COURT PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has appointed one Municipal Court Judge,
Anthony Pelay, Jr., to serve on a regular basis; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for pro-tem judges to serve from time to time in the
absence of the regular Judge or when the case load exceeds normal limits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1 'rhe following individuals are appointed to serve as pro-tem
Municipal Judges for the Tigard Municipal Court:
M. Janise A r
Kenneth Bourne
Nancy_ L_Camnbell
Section 2: Ttie City Recorder is hereby directed to administer the oath of
office to each pro-tem judge and to oversee the training of
01 said judges.
