RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE S.W. HALL/BURNHAM IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, ACCEPTING THE PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL, DIRECTING NOTICE BE GIVEN AND DIRECTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO
BE HELD,
WHEREAS; The Council created the Hall/Burnham (Street) Improvement District
and directed the improvements to be made. by Ordinance No. 85-47, as modified
by Ordinance No. 86-29.
WHEREAS: The improvements have been completed, a final accounting has been
completed, and a final engineerirg report has been submitted.
WHEREAS: The final engineering report contains the final cost of $186,114.94
and an assessment roll showing the n.—In of oa,h property owner, the
description of the property assessed and the amount of the assessment against
the described property;
WHEREAS; Ordinance No. 85--40 provides that property owners may object in
writing and that each such objection shall state specifically the grounds for
the objection; and
WHEREAS; Ordinances No. 85--40 provides that the Council shall review the
written objections at a public hearinc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 'IT RES'�LVED by the Tigard City Council that:
1. The Council reviewed the final engineering report and the Council accepts
the final engineering report as submitted.
2. That having reviewed the proposed assessments the Council hereby directs
that notice be given of a public hearing to be held on MonJay,
February 23, 1987 at 7:00 PM at Tigard City Hall, 13125 SW Hall Blvd.,
Tigard, OR 97223, to review the written objection filed with the City
Recorder by 5:00 PM, Februe�ry 23, 1987 at Tigard City Hall, 13125 SW Hall
Boulevard, PO Box 23397, Tigard, OR 97223.
